My Design Story

I have a hybrid set of skills, including building design systems, interaction design, visual design, motion design and user research. I love designing beautiful, easy-to-use interfaces that delightfully impact customers.

My Role at Salesforce

In my role, I led in shaping the Experience Design landscape and crafting the experience strategy for Salesforce's suite of products and services for pre-sales initiatives. I aimed to ensure that every interaction with Salesforce is customer-centric, delivering the best possible experience to our customers. I drive innovation and customer-centric experiences while setting new standards for our team to incorporate design thinking and user research methods.

Before Salesforce

Before joining Salesforce, I was Globality's Principal Product Designer. I was instrumental in driving innovation within the core product and enterprise experiences during my tenure. I not only elevated the role of Design as a critical strategic element but also championed a customer-centric culture shift, fostering innovation throughout the organization.

I started my design journey at Samsung

I began my career as a UX Designer at Samsung's R&D Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley. During my time there, I had the privilege of owning and contributing to several exciting projects, including Samsung Music and Samsung Sports.

My Design Education

I have a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design at Temple University, Tyler School of Art.
